Middle, emotionally abused, she learned it was better to comply than to fight, after all, her initial outspoken nature lead to their father threatening to kill her younger siblings and accidentally poisoning her in her Cadethood which resulted in her being unable to maintain balance and caused her to be demoted to Guider from Scout Cadet. Life's rough like that, sometimes you're bird sometimes you're the statue and she born the former but quick put into place as the latter but the one she should be able to trust most to guide her and help her grow up in this already cruel world but guess no one else cared to do anything about it. She's a little bitter to clanmates not stepping in and doing something about; to be fair she doesn't completely have unshakable proof but a 'big' accusation like that should be easy to be believe if they just stopped being so self-absorbed to notice him and her brother fighting yet another round she's lost count of.

She hides behind her poor brother Atol, juxtapose in wishing he would stop fighting and getting himself hurt and secretly glad he's taking the brunt of it and not her and hoping he never gives up defending them. It lets her focus on looking after Armes and Umina, she's first to hush them to behave and stay as quiet as possible as if that might make their father forget about them existence. Armes is already seeming 'ill' as it is and who knows what he might do to Umina - even the daily stumble or sway she experiences is a frustrating enough reminder and she doesn't want them to be like that.

We’re ten feet taller than you’d have us believe (Young giants)"
She has vicious loyalty to her dear siblings, while she may seem passively going through life as a wallflower, that's just appearances in front of her father; Paisley often has a simple motive in mind to keep her siblings safe and to quietly better herself. While she may not always speak her mind or make her boundaries known she will let you know when you cross them and be very unforgiving if anything goes against her only two motives. She likes to think she strongest with her siblings and one day they might just be taller and stronger against their father.
She's a mere pawn to her father, likely to be married off in her youth to build political relationships at the whims of her father. She insightful enough to guess at the things she should be aware of - she heard and tries to overhear her father talking sometimes - she doesn't know what she can do about them without causing irreversible consequences. Hopefully it's not all up to her as she thinks it is - Delu seems like she could be pretty useful, or at the very least one more ally her father doesn't have. [ SHADOWBLADE ]
