He appears maybe twenty years old, his real age eludes everyone. His long messy hair is a mohawk-cut, styled differently most of the time, but commonly pulled back into a ponytail, notably when their work to be done, or time to get serious in a fight. He has small hoop piercings on his right eyebrow, another on the left side of his nose, and a spiral piercing on the right side of his bottom lip. He has small plugs for his ears that in addition have small hoop piercings directly next to it, and another - a stud piercing - more towards his upper lobe. He likely has more 'non-visual' piercings but those are for the imagination; he's covered in tattoos as well, though too many to detail. If you look up will notice someone is staring at you, and slowly he sticks out his tongue and winks before laughing. First impression of his attitude is very laid back and seeming careless, while also a flirtatious, though you should never trust a sly guy who will admit to being devious. He's lean, and doesn't appear significantly athletic but oh how appearances are deceiving, and he can put someone on their back and on the ground in the blink of an eye. His exact training he's had is hard to pin-point, skilled in his own mixed martial arts. He has skill in swordsmanship and few mentions of 'Bushido' hints his original samurai lifestyle which evolved with the time to his lesser use of Karate and Juijitsu. However his clear preference of it's modified and more modern, Judo can be seen. This is most likely for it's focus on disarming and throwing enemies off balance and exploiting it to taunt his enemies, and regressing to former when needed. When mocking others in a fight he clearly superior too, he shows to have knowledge of Baritsu more recently caused by it's revival in 2002. It's hard not to be impressed by his amazing fighting skills, but his smug attitude will tell you he knows it. He's somehow humble enough not to brag about it unless you provoke him, because at that point, you will know, you have fu-cked up. His casual attitude to life actually makes him seem very magnanimous, and a relaxed hedonistic to be immune to even the most overly bossy, overly rude, and overly dramatic people, others would probably find annoying allowing him to befriend anyone he wanted - but with his dark side, his sadistic urges won't save you when they come out. He doesn't care for rules and something just says he is by far the 'rotten apple', but still very likeable. Mysterious, affectionate, everything seems very open and friendly with him. He's casual and can't be bother by anything; the world could end and he'd lean back in his chair, kick his feet up on a table and shrug, and say "Well, what can you do?" ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Life is just one big game to him. He's good with words, so as unnerving and daunting as he should be - he knows how to change the mood and keep someone trapped in his aura. He's attracted to everyone and committed to no one, but every Clyde needs a Bonnie or another Clyde, or a bunch of them on the side. Nothing is known about his past, just that he formally lived in Japan, but something hints he definitely wasn't selling girl scout cookies. It's thought he changed his named to 'Sinister' as a joke when beginning in America, his true-born-name unknown; his surname Neikan seems normal enough but meaning 'perverse, treacherous, wicked' makes even it's validity also disputable. To the Hunters he is known as 'Tsumibito" (tsu-me-be-toh) or in English, "Sinner". This is marked by his first few encounters with Hunters, where eludes Hunters and carelessly causes them chaos and no hesitation to kill anyone, a cursed at him and said something along the lines of how could he sleep at night to which Sinister finally spoke to them in a distorted scratchy voice "Watashi wa tsumibitodesu". The codename was applied and his masks were randomized often until he decided to stick to his current one as a "I don't need to change it anymore, but I'm not dumb enough to show you my face - I just want you to know who I am and have this mask haunt you" kinda deal, even more so when he became League Leader and abiding by his own rules. His mask is solid white, smooth stone like texture made the small perfect round black soul-sucking eyes more unsettling along with it's slightly gaping mouth of small round not-at-all-sharp-of-pointy teeth to lull that false 'harmless' sense of security. It had a black mane giving him an interesting silhouette. His skills of theft, trickery, high athletic ability, persuasive, along with how he become the leader makes him all too suspicious he's more cut throat and cunning than he lets on. But what happened to the former leader is a whole story on it's own, yet to be revealed. Why has he resurfaced? Who knows.
